Moon and Back

Hi,
I have chosen this plaque as my post for today.
Quite quickly made, it was a request from a friend, as its what her and her grand-daughter say to each other...The plaque was prepared by glueing background paper on, it has a cloud design on that doesn't show very well in the photo. I then prepared the heart and moon by covering them with white glitter paper. All the letters were cut using my Cricut machine. Finished it off by placing peel-off stars around randomly. Threaded red ribbon through for it to be able to be hung.
Hope you have enjoyed visiting my blog, please leave me your comments....Thanks.

Olly's mirror

This is one of the Christmas presents l made this year, for my grandson, Oliver.....
This started out as a white mirror, l then black Gesso'd it after gluing several pieces all over with embossed card, like patchwork really. I then chose the blue gilding wax plus some silver to bring out the pattern. The next thing was to place and glue the cogs, cars, key etc. also waxed these. I have made several of these now, including, l each for my grand-daughters (twins) now at Uni...and also one for my other grand-son and his girlfriend who are moving into their home.
I do hope you have enjoyed visiting my blog, please leave comments....Thank you.

Poinsettia

Hi,
Here's my posting for today......
This is yet another card made when attending workshop at Sunrise Crafts.....
It is an 8 x 8 scalloped white base card, dark red matt with perforations around the edge, then white background using embossing folder, sorry can't remember the name of it. Then the panel was cut using a die, and placed onto red card that had been glittered. The main feature is of course the poinsettia, and twiglet for accessorizing, added glue and glitter for the centre.
Thank you for stopping by, look forward to reading your comments.

Good Morning,
Here's my post for today......
This was one of the many projects made at the workshop that l attend with my friends, at Sunrise Crafts .....This started with plain white card and the sky and lights were made using distressed inks, the colours in the centre and then using black soot finished off the surround. Trees were cut using dies out of black card and then l dusted the branches with iridescent glitter. This was then finished off with the Happy Christmas cut in black and shadowed with white.

Easel Calendar

Hi,
Hope everyone is o.k.....here's my post for today
This was made from two 6 x 6 white cards and made into an easel card, the papers used were some left from one of an ultimate pack from Docrafts, and also the topper. The calendar was matted and layered onto the same black card that was used for the matting on the main card, also added some card candy to finish off. Art Deco is extremely popular on my stall and these have been a good seller.
Hope you have enjoyed dropping by and please leave me your comments, Thank You.
