Here's my post for today....
This is my take on a card that was made recently at Berkeley Gardens, by Hazel Eaton.
I chose to use the shades of purple, starting with white card, ran through and embossed using the butterfly folder, then applied black soot onto the folder and ran through again, this gave the darker background, l then inked over the embossed area with Faded Lilac, and once dried used a little gilding wax to highlight....finished off by attaching the die cut butterfly.
I do hope you have enjoyed visiting my blog, please leave any comments, Thank You.
Cardmaking is my main hobby, and in doing so l sell them to raise funds for local Charities, l choose a different one each year. I also take special orders. If you would like to leave any comments they would be greatly appreciated. I do hope you like what you see.

Balloons card
Hi, this is my chosen card for todays post......
This was made recently at a workshop at Sunrise Crafts, designed by Bhanu.....
The main card started off by folding as in a A5 portrait card and then folded the front in half again.
The backgrounds were used from on of Heartfelt Creations pads....the main image was made by using one of Poppy stencils, ran through to emboss and then coloured using distressed inks, taking care to not colour over each other, using paper to mask off. These were all then matt and layered to complete the card....Thanks for stopping by and l look forward to reading your comments.

Dragonfly card
Hi, here's my post for today....
For this one l chose one of Toni Arthurs digi-stamps, and decided to on the colours of black and white, l do love the simplicity of black and white. I printed out two of the designs so therefore had the spare dragonfly to decoupage. I used my Spectrum Noirs different shades of grey to colour the flowers and added pearls inside most of them. Coloured the dragonfly and decoupaged that. Matt and layered as shown in the photo and added the white card candy to finished off....a card for any occasion.
Many thanks for visiting my blog and please leave me your comments.

This one l made for my grandson's birthday and he is a great fan of Derby County F.C.
I chose to make it a easel stepper card, and of course in the colours of black and white, l sourced the images and matt and layered and placed as seen in the photo....he chuffed to bits with it.

James's 21st Birthday
My post for today was an order for a 21st birthday, namely James, and l was asked if l could make it with old cars, Morris Minors and Anglia's, so l sourced the images and cut them out and decoupaged them onto the main card, which l made using a satin old gold coloured card, matted onto gold mirror.
My customer was very pleased with the finished card.
Thanks for stopping by, please leave any comments.

Linda's Birthday
This is my chosen card for today's post......
I made this card for one of my very best friends birthday, as her birthday has already passed it is now o.k. for me to post.......
The card itself was made as a tri-fold card with the front having an aperture cut out of it....The collection that l used was from the Heartfelt range of both stamps and dies, namely Cascading Fuchsia's. I stamped and coloured the main image on the inside and then l made the 3D flowers and arranged them around the top of the aperture that was decorated with the frame cut from one of Tattered Lace dies....Just to say she loved and has made one for a relative herself.
