Here's my post for today....
A group of my friends came to mine and we did a little workshop together and made cards in this style, all of them turned out so different, we were all very pleased with the finished cards.
For a change l chose an envelope for the easel part, attached to a 6 x 6 white card, l chose shades of beige, l plain and the other a dotty design. These were used for matting and layering, The tag inside was cut using one of my dies, and also used some patterned paper. Attached two butterflies for embellishment. The flowers were cut from vellum, embossed with white embossing powder and coloured with distressed inks. These were finished off with pearls inside.
